other words, the application of a pigment solution under the skin to create a

This was the first patent filed by, and granted to Dr. Angres. Dr. Angres
realized the breakthrough invention and so did the United States Patent and
Trademark Office which awarded the patent to Dr. Angres for its innovation in
utilizing anesthesiology to apply a pigment solution to the edge of an eye or
lash to create a permanent or semi-permanent "look" normally
described as "permanent make up".
